“AS soon as the coin in the coffer rings, The souls in purgatory spring” Fr. Johann Tetzel
We are today living in a political “purgatory”. Fr. Tetzel was a primary antagonist to Martin Luther during the reformation and legend has it that the words above helped precipitate the Ninety-Five Thesis of Luther—probably not true. We are living in a “political limbo” with one side claiming that the other is an “existential threat to democracy”. Never mind that our founding fathers feared the idea of a true “democracy”. WE THE PEOPLE are caught between the forces seeking only power and control—political and economic, and those pushing back against the “optima” elite forces in the media and the deep state.
To set the record straight we are a Representative Republic. Read Federalist Number Ten—”The Violence of Faction”. The limbo we are currently living in is also facilitated by “false prophets” promising a materialistic-humanistic utopia where student loans are forgiven, free downpayments are given to a select class of people, and a threatened ruling class will do anything to retain power.
The events of the last 8 years have proven that the “deep state is real” and is to be reckoned with. If that great bastion of virtue Chucky the Schumer stated, “don’t cross the intelligence communities”, then conservatives need to be even more vigilant. Who knows what the real story is about what happened in Butler Pa? What we can say is that those in the intelligence community and at the DOJ have done everything they can do to not let the real story become public. Our form of government requires transparency and an inquisitive free press. Not what we are living with today.
The limbo conservatives have been in for a long time—maybe since Ronald Reagan, is one in which either in private or in public, we must bow to the false gods of “woke”, “DEI”, infanticide, transgenderism and Marxist-Progressivism or we are called racist, bigots, and fascists. Think about how Sarah Palin was branded and marginalized. Think how they are trying to do the same with J. D, Vance. Think about what happened to Donald Trump with the Facebook Hunter Biden laptop fake news interference of an election or Russia collusion—Steele Dossier story.
The line between the deep state intelligence communities, big media, large corporations and international law firms (Perkins-Coie), and well-funded lobbyists representing international interests (corporate and governments), none with an allegiance to WE THE PEOPLE, is no longer diaphanous and hidden. The forces against conservatives and specifically Donald Trump will do anything to retain their power and control. Their allegiance is to their own selfish interests, not to WE THE PEOPLE or our Constitution and our Founding Principles.
I feel sorry for any individual working in an environment where they fear for their jobs if they express their political and religious convictions. Think of all the doctors and nurses who are employed by large health care conglomerates who were afraid to express their concerns about Covid policies, or who are today afraid to express their feelings about their Pro-Life positions against the killing of little baby boys and girls. Not being able to express one’s opinions openly necessitates living in “emotional limbo”—purgatory. Their “coin in the coffer” is their political opinions. They can be “sprung” from workplace political purgatory” only when they can speak their own individual truth without fear of any form of workplace reciprocity—formal or informal.
The only way we can escape the limbo of threatened ostracism from the ruling elite classes is to speak out. There is one side in this election that embraces Biblical and Natural Law principles. There is one side that does not. There is one side that supports free markets and capitalism—there is one side that does not. There is one side that supports our military and law enforcement, there is one side that does not.
We can choose to remain silent and live in “limbo”, or we can choose to exorcise the demons of being popular and not being controversial.
The Choice is ours.
