Stand with Texas!

Dear Friends,

On Monday, a group of 26 Attorneys General from around the country issued a letter, admonishing the Administration to enforce immigration laws. We, the signers, noted that more than six million people have illegally crossed into the United States in just under three years – a combined population of both Utah and Iowa. Our letter concluded, “If you cannot bring yourselves to enforce the law, get out of the way so Texas can.”

The last three years of the Biden Administration have been an absolute windfall to human traffickers, modern-day sex slavery, drug cartels, and foreign terrorist groups exploiting the lack of enforcement and flooding across our Southern border. Every state, including Idaho, feels the impact from this lack of border enforcement. Our fentanyl deaths in Idaho tripled in 2021, and then doubled the year after that. We are being held hostage to the Administration’s inaction.

Last week, the Supreme Court of the United States issued a decision stating the federal government could remove razor wire that Texas placed to stanch the flow of illegal immigrants into their state, given the Administration’s complete lack of action on this invasion. However, the SCOTUS ruling didn’t say Texas couldn’t continue to install razor wire in new locations, or replace or repair those same removed barriers, or that Texas was wrong to place them in defense of their state sovereignty.

The lawsuit from Texas against the federal government was triggered after the Administration’s Border Patrol cut holes in the razor wire more than 20 times in a single month, and in one case, used a forklift to raise the wire to let in more than 300 illegal immigrants. Many of these barriers are placed, with permission, on private property that adjoins the border. The abject lack of federal enforcement (if not outright enabling) has encouraged illegal immigration in unprecedented numbers.

In typical fashion, the Biden Administration has attempted to pass the blame – in this instance, to Congress. But the Executive Branch of the federal government is responsible for the enforcement of laws, not Congress. If Biden truly wanted to enforce the law by securing the border, why would his Administration blatantly undermine the efforts of Texas, which shoulders the greatest burden from the endless flow of illegal immigrants, drugs, and human traffickers into the country? One may reasonably ask whose best interests is the Biden Administration protecting?

This has been an invasion by every rational definition of the term, and the Biden Administration has gone from incompetently turning a blind eye to actively encouraging it. As sovereign states and as a nation of laws, we stand with Texas.

We should all stand with Texas.

Attorney General Labrador Weighs in on Border Crisis

(BOISE) – The State of Texas is now in a legal dispute with the Biden Administration.

“The last three years of the Biden Administration have been an absolute windfall to human traffickers, modern-day sex slavery, drug cartels, and foreign terrorist groups exploiting the lack of enforcement and flooding across our Southern border,” said Attorney General Raúl Labrador. “Every state, including Idaho, feels the impact from this lack of border enforcement. Our fentanyl deaths in Idaho tripled in 2021, and then doubled the year after that. We are being held hostage to the Administration’s inaction.”

Attorney General Labrador and 25 other Attorneys General from around the country issued a letter to President Biden and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admonishing the Administration to enforce immigration laws. Thank you AG Labrador. Idaho is in good hands with you as our AG and so is our U.S. Constitution!

Praise God for Texas!

However, even if Texas prevails, today’s open-border agenda isn’t anywhere near the biggest border threat to America.

“For I, saith Yahweh, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” (Zechariah 2:5)

Without Yahweh, God of the Bible, as America’s principle wall of protection, the border will never be completely secure.

Compounding America’s border problems is that America has become so ungodly that, not only is God not her wall of protection, but He’s become her greatest enemy. America officially rejected Yahweh as her Sovereign and thus His immutable moral law as supreme in 1789 when she replaced Him with We the People as her Sovereign and His moral law (including the First Commandment as America’s principle border and immigration law) for the biblically seditious Constitution as supreme, per Article 6.

It was then that America began her suicidal trek to the precipice of moral depravity and destruction she presently find herself teetering on, being pushed over the edge by alleged Christians and patriots who are bent on promoting the genesis of her national woes as the solution to the problems created thereby.

“[B]ecause they have … trespassed against my law … they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind….” (Hosea 8:1, 7)

Today’s America is reaping the inevitable ever-intensifying whirlwind (including her border and immigration woes) resulting from the wind sown by the constitutional framers and fanned by today’s hoodwinked Christians and patriots who have been bamboozled into believing today’s whirlwind can be dissipated by appealing to the wind responsible for spawning the whirlwind.

Thank you, AG Labrador.
I have been trying to get a straight answer out of all of my elected representatives about where all the illegals that have been shipped into Idaho over the past three years are being settled, and on whose behalf.
Crapo, Risch, Fulcher, Little, Den Hartog, Vanderwoude and Monks- all have ignored my repeated requests for answers. Not even a single response after dozens of phone calls and emails.
My request to Senator Risch for a redress of grievance is now more than two years old.
We are not represented by our representatives, yet they continue to win re-election.
Meanwhile, the 8th annual Hempfest is ramping up in Boise, where hard core leftists will indoctrinate your kids and grandkids about the wonders of marijuana, just like they did with the kids of Seattle in the early 2000s.
Does Idaho have any conservatives left? It doesn’t look like it.
