The World Health Organization’s Pandemic Treaty, backed by the Biden Administration, would likely result in total control of US and world citizens’ health. In essence, it would be the Biblical “Mark of the Beast” with the digital vaccine passports and WHO’s medical agenda if this very bad treaty is passed. Remember, WHO is totally controlled by Communist China, our number one enemy.

Exposed: United Nations’ Plan for Tyranny Over 194 Nations thru the WHO Pandemic Treaty

The Biden Administration proposed amendments to change the WHO from an advisory only body to empowering it as a regulatory and enforcement body by giving it emergency powers over health.

Bachmann said that this move was simply announced rather than waiting to pass amendments or pass a global treaty. She stated that the global digital passport is the first building block to merge digital currency, digital health records, and our entire lives onto a digital QR code.

Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann said that she attended a meeting of the World Health Assembly, the governance arm of the World Health Organization (WHO) because the Biden Administration proposed amendments to change the WHO from an advisory only body to empowering it as a regulatory and enforcement body by giving it emergency powers over health. The new powers under the ‘pandemic treaty’ would allow the WHO, a branch of the United Nations, to force lockdowns, masks, vaccines and vaccine passports to travel. She warned the treaty would transfer sovereignty from all 194 member states to the WHO, making the countries subject to the UN’s will. She said that it was sad that not one member of the US House of Representatives or the Senate attended the meeting, despite the profound consequences for all people.
On July 1, 2023, the WHO took up the EU system of digital COVID-19 certification, a form of vaccine passport, to establish a global system for global verification of health documents to regulate travel that already covers 80 out of 194 member countries. According to the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), the mechanism to transfer the sovereignty of 194 nations (including the US) to the United Nations involves using amendments to change the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) from non-binding to binding and giving the WHO emergency powers.
The proposed amendments would expand the power of the WHO director-general, who could independently declare emergencies. Definitions of pandemics and health emergencies would change to include those with the potential to cause harm, rather than those causing actual harm. The amendments under consideration include border closures, quarantines and medical examinations of citizens. Compulsory surveillance processes would be required in all member states. Speech could be censored to ‘counter misinformation and disinformation’.
Under the Pandemic Treaty, the WHO would gain power ranging from travel restrictions to business closures, and from data gathering by governments and the private sector to censoring speech. Controversially, the draft treaty also endorses so-called ‘gain of function’ research.
The World Health Assembly has set a deadline of May 2024 for amendments to the IHR and the Pandemic Treaty to be voted upon. A whopping 80% of the WHO’s budget comes from voluntary contributions, the bulk it from private foundations and pharmaceutical companies. Critics say that the donors have undue influence over the WHO.
