President Trump made headlines in February, 2025 when he abruptly announced<\/a> that the United States would “take<\/a> over the Gaza strip” and “own it”. After cleaning up the devastation, he proposed an “economic development” that would create the “riviera of the Middle East”. During the announcement Israel Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu gave President Trump credit for “having a different idea”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold the phone there, Bibi. That may not be the full story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This concept actually began with the Trump sanctioned Abraham Accords<\/a> back in 2020. Besides the kumbaya tone reflective of the United Nations (UN) goal<\/a> of peace and justice for all, also contained within that agreement was the statement, “We support science, art, medicine, and commerce to inspire humankind”. Israel and Bahrain clarified<\/a> this further with its declaration to “seek agreements in the coming weeks regarding investment, tourism, direct flights, security, telecommunications, technology, energy, healthcare, culture, the environment, and other areas of mutual benefit…”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even better was the U.S., Israel, and Morocco declaration<\/a> to “Promote a dynamic and innovative economic bilateral cooperation” and “Pursue cooperation on trade; finance and investment”, among many other financial developments such as tourism. It should be no shock that Morocco<\/a> is invested in Agenda 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United Arab Emirate (UAE) agreement<\/a> with Israel included the same areas, Finance and Investment, Innovation, Trade and Economic Relations, and Tourism, along with all the other issues mentioned in previous declarations. Interestingly, Sudan<\/a> didn’t seem as interested in this economic takeover, only supporting commerce, and instead just wanting peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, this economic transformation, for \u201cpeace\u201d, in the Middle East appears to have first started in 2020 with agreements between the countries, garnering “$1 billion in trade” by 2022 after its signing<\/a>. However, Netanyahu first hinted at an economic development scheme by Trump during an interview<\/a> in 2018 at the World Economic Forum (WEF) starting<\/a> at the 19:45″-20:45\u201d mark. Perhaps that is the beginning point of why Netanyahu gave President Trump the credit. Nevertheless, one has to keep in mind that Netanyahu is a contributor<\/a> to WEF, a supporter<\/a> of Agenda 2030, and has been involved<\/a> in the development and advancement of the Great Reset. This, right along the side of WEF partner<\/a> United Arab Emirate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advancing to 2024, Netanyahu released “The Day After Hamas\u201d in February, stipulating<\/a> his “post-war plans to maintain military control over Gaza and install local officials to govern the region”. No support for Palestinian sovereignty or unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state would be given, and it rejected<\/a> \u201cinternational dictates\u201d regarding a permanent settlement with the Palestinians”. Nor would he “allow<\/a> the Palestinian Authority<\/a> (PA<\/a>) to return to govern Gaza” which supports his statements at WEF, that Palestine could govern itself but Israel would have military authority over the region. The document also called for \u201cderadicalization<\/a>\u201d of religious, educational and welfare institutions”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is interesting because in 2023, the UAE made clear that they will not play any role in the rehabilitation<\/a> of Gaza unless it is part of a framework aimed at an eventual “two-state solution<\/a>.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although not yet confirmed by the Prime Minister’s office, in May, 2024, its Gaza 2035 plan<\/a> details were published in The Architect’s Newspaper<\/a>, The Jerusalem Post<\/a>, Dezeen<\/a> and other publications<\/a>. According to Probe International, this Gaza 2035 concept was released<\/a> by Bibi Netanyahu under U.S. pressure to develop a post war rebuilding and governance plan for Gaza, even though plans for developing the area into an economic region had been in the works for years. Probe International even recognized this plan “could catapult Gaza into a manufacturing center and international trading hub” and how “corporate interests…swoop in after wars and natural disasters”. Fits nicely into the Accords and WEF objectives<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viewed primarily as an economic plan, Gaza 2035 involves three steps<\/a>. During the first year in step one, Hamas-free zones would be maintained by Israel to enable<\/a> humanitarian aid. Step two would extend over 5-10 years where a Marshall Plan would be implemented<\/a> by the Arab coalition to oversee reconstruction. The Arab coalition is undefined but could it be the one for SDGs<\/a>? Step three is the perception that by this time Gazans would be deradicalized and accept Israel as other Arab countries had through the Abraham Accords. The Arab coalition would hand power over to a local Gazan government, eventually transitioning to a self-government ruling both Gaza and the West Bank. One has to wonder if Gaza 2035 was really just a precursor to Trump’s 20 point plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, there is a strong case that the 20 point Trump plan is an adopted<\/a> \u201cBuild \u2013 Operate \u2013 Transfer (BOT<\/a>) framework\u201d that was written and then given to the Trump administration by George Washington University Professor Joseph Pelzman<\/a> in July, 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elements of the BOT vision include an artificial island for a deep water port using<\/a> the 30 million tons of rubble<\/a> from bombed-out buildings; a desalination plant<\/a>; a Palestinian film industry; a soccer stadium<\/a> to replace the previously used stadium<\/a> for refuge; and in pure sustainable fashion, it would be fueled by acres of solar plants<\/a> in the Sinai desert along with offshore natural gas<\/a>. These elements can be found in the BOT plan<\/a> (pgs 37-38).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who has been involved in \u201cpeace\u201d negotiations<\/a> in the Middle East, has even eyeballed<\/a> the potential development value in the Gaza waterfront property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually, the Gaza plan<\/a> also includes building an Egyptian\u2013Israeli\u2013Gaza or Gaza-Arish-Sderot Free Trade Zone<\/a>, administered by an Israel, Egypt, and a Gaza Rehabilitation Authority (GRA)\u2014a proposed Palestinian-run agency, with no plans for a Palestinian statehood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part of this zone would include<\/a> a “north-south rail service between Gaza and NEOM<\/a> – the speculative $500 billion Saudi city”, creating an opportunity for tech companies, electric vehicle manufacturing, and factories for connectivity to another economic zone<\/a>. This Agenda 2030 city vision fits nicely into Saudi Arabia’s Vision<\/a> 2030 plans<\/a>. Hmmm, WEF partner NEOM<\/a> is involved. What this really describes is a regional economic plan for continued development of global governance<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even worse, it would<\/a> be an expansion<\/a> of a technocratic<\/a> concept that controls humanity. Trump himself endorses being the head of \u201can international board to supervise a committee of Palestinian technocrats<\/a> running Gaza\u2019s day-to-day affairs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this scheme is successful, plans to do the same<\/a> in Yemen<\/a>, Syria<\/a>, and Lebanon<\/a> are mentioned, while others<\/a> have a different perspective<\/a> on the vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is ironic is Netanyahu stating<\/a> it is “‘worth listening carefully\u2019 to Trump\u2019s proposal for Gaza”. This Gaza “proposal” was already in the works for several years and appears it has really been an economic negotiation for investments between countries, with these two men using their country for those negotiations, and corporations. All of this is borne out during a WEF 2022 panel discussion<\/a>, The Future of the Abraham Accords, in which it centered around nothing but the improved trade and economics as a result of those Accords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This rebuilding of Gaza comes about after Trump adamantly declared<\/a> the US would not dictate how others will live or govern themselves back in 2017, reiterating “we are not nation building again”. In this video<\/a>, Trump even states Gaza is a “real estate investment” with the U.S. being an “investor in that part of the world”, including resettlement<\/a> of Palestinians to other areas. Let that one sink in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general, there is overall opposition<\/a> to Gaza 2035 including rejection<\/a> from the PA, and towards<\/a> the Trump plan to “own Gaza” by those who have been driven from their home but have since returned. However, depending on how the press manipulates the information, some Gazans welcome the proposal<\/a> that they are moved out of Gaza which has been proposed<\/a> by Trump, while other Arab states reject<\/a> the idea. Secretary of State Marco Rubio later clarified the President’s statement to the displacement only being “temporary<\/a>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One might speculate that talks<\/a> between the President and Vladimir Putin will center around the idea of a similar trade zone concept<\/a>, especially given both Ukraine<\/a> and Russia\u2019s involvement<\/a> with WEF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is all part of the now traditional agenda to cause destruction<\/a> or use natural disasters for the sole purpose of rebuilding sustainably according to Agenda 2030 and 4th Industrial Revolution (4th IR) dictates. It is called Disaster Capitalism<\/a>. What a perfect setup, forever corporate profits over disasters, especially those that are man-made, that will fulfill the WEF vision. Some might call it just a fluke but WEF connected individuals always seem to be behind the destructive event, then rising to the top of the heap as heroes who solve the crisis<\/a> with solutions that save the day. Whether a city or country<\/a>, WEF has profit<\/a> making plans to rebuild<\/a> the world in its vision<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Putting aside one’s own bias, belief, or prejudices regarding the Israel and Palestinian problems, more focus should be targeted on the WEF with its globalist cronies and corporate syndicate. It is through this structure that lives are being manipulated for an end game of control. Israel, Gaza, Ukraine<\/a>, and even Russia<\/a> are just a few<\/a> chess pieces<\/a> currently being moved around for checkmate against humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The destruction of Gaza may have been precipitated<\/a> by a Hamas attack but there are indications that the plan all along was to take advantage of this event for an economic takeover of the region that had been in discussion for some time. It must also be recognized that all factors in this take over include political leaders in partnership with WEF. Rebuilding<\/a> nations through economic development is exactly what is happening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
