It seems every day I wake up and listen to the latest news, and it becomes more apparent to me that prior to Trump, our entire political system was corrupted by power and greed. As we find more and more information about how devious the democrats have been so they can retain power, it makes you wonder how long this corruption has been going on. We are now finding out that officials at the highest level of government were conspiring to make Americans think that the Russians influenced the election of Donald Trump. Don\u2019t think for a minute that Obama was not aware of this conspiracy. This is why President Trump must clean house and rewire the Washington bureaucracy, which means a lot of firing and rehiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All power tends to corrupt but absolute power corrupts absolutely. We are no longer dealing with a few lies from politicians; what we have witnessed is an attempted COUP D’\u00c9TAT of the president of the United States. To be sure, we have just begun to scratch the surface of this conspiracy. When you have the director of the CIA, the Sec. of State, and the FBI Deputy Director meeting with President Obama, who is telling them to look into the possibility of Russia meddling in our election with no real proof, you have to smell of pure corruption. The Obama crew were trying to cast aspersions on Trump that he was somehow working with Putin to fix the election. Not only did they not have any hard evidence, they had Christopher Steele, an MI6 agent, make up an entire dossier to cast a shadow on President Trump. As usual, the liberal media did all they could to lend credibility to this phony dossier, just like they supported a cognitively defective president for 4 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Folks if you have not figured out by now that the left is working full time to destroy our country in any way they can with eight years of Obama\u2019s \u201cHope and Change\u201d and four years of Biden\u2019s open borders just wait till we have our first communist mayor of N.Y.C. Mamdani is just a first step and if he should get elected it will be one more nail in the coffin of this great republic. The Democrats have lost their mind by backing this hard-core Marxist and Islamist who hates Jews. We have not seen this kind of discord in our country and quest for power since the civil war, and to be sure, if the democrats continue down this path, we will certainly see our country divided even more than it already is. We are told that we are a racist nation, and we hear the calls from the left for illegal aliens to be given amnesty so they can change the voting structure of our country. People who hate our country are trying to destroy us by attacking ICE agents for arresting illegals and deporting them. If you think for a minute that all of these rallies and demonstrations are not bought and paid for by those who seek power and want to change America, you had better think again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is time for some real moral clarity in our country and to be sure the left is not where we will find it as we see many of our youth are in support of socialism and have voted for this Marxist Mamdani in the Democratic primary in N.Y.C. If anyone out there believes that Idaho is immune from this disease that has been sweeping over our big cities, you had better wake up because the enemy is here. You have only to look at our capital city, which is being run like a sanctuary city with a mayor who really doesn\u2019t care about the laws of our state but only how she can get more notoriety by moving further left. How long do you think it will be before we are facing many of the problems that are being fought in cities like Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles? We already have an LGBTQ flag flying over our municipal building and a mayor who thinks she can solve the homeless problem by handing out $10 fines for camping on public property. Don\u2019t think for a minute that corruption cannot get a grip on our major cities here as politicians are always looking for more power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While I talked about the corruption in our federal government in the first part of this article, I have stated that Idaho is not immune from the corruption of power-hungry politicians. Our major cities are selling out to big technology companies by offering them huge tax breaks to build new Data Centers that are going to employ very few Idahoans but will suck up our precious resources, causing future problems with shortages of our Water and Electric services. We have an ever-expanding state budget that is now over 14 billion dollars, with 40% of that money coming from the federal government. Our Medicaid and Medicaid Expansion rolls are out of control and no one seems to care. Housing has become unaffordable for many Idahoans as the cost of water, gas, and electricity rates continue to climb unabated. Our young people who are having to move in with their parents, while our elderly on fixed incomes are looking for shelter in places like the Boise Rescue Mission. It appears that our Governor and legislators don\u2019t much care to help those who are hurting as we all still pay the 6% grocery tax, and gasoline prices continue to climb to new highs. By the way, is there anyone out there who has found out what happened to the over $90 million dollars that was supposed to be used for a Health Data Exchange? Oh, and what\u2019s with the Mayor of Nampa wanting to give away the Ford Center to CWI? Don\u2019t we have enough tax-exempt properties with our two 501c3 hospitals? This Event Center encompasses 100 acres and if transferred to CWI, there will be no taxes paid on it, which means someone will have to make up the difference. Thank you, Mayor Kling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may not have the same problems as many of the big cities but you can bet that they are coming to a town or city near you in the future if we don\u2019t start electing some real conservative politicians. When was the last time you did any homework on the people you are voting for in our cities and state? I suggest that most people have no idea about the background of the candidates they vote to put in office. While President Trump is keeping his promises, it will take time to get the Trump Train up to speed, and the left is doing everything they can to slow down his progress to Make America Great Again. I\u2019m by no means a pessimist, but the left is not going to give up, nor will corrupt politicians, as they want to hold or take back power they have lost both nationally and locally. The war against corruption is not over, my friends, it is just beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
