The World Economic Forum (WEF) agenda to force every human to have a digital pass in order to travel, under the initial ruse of documenting Covid-19 vaccine status, is actively in the works.  The World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are working together<\/a> “…to produce a high-value standard for international adoption and technical information exchange.\u201d  Translated, a digital health passport.  Assisting in this venture is the Vaccine Credentialing Initiative (VCI<\/a>) which of course is supported by WEF member<\/a> Microsoft and a good sized number of other organizations<\/a> that stand to make a bundle of money, especially when they are driving the narrative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the document<\/a> below, just released in August, 2021, the initial specs and guidance for implementation has been released by WHO. A synopsis can be found here<\/a>.  The shorter name for this certificate is Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates, or DDCC:VS, a digitally signed representation of data content that describes a vaccination event that can also be used for work and university education, not just travel.  Required information within this digital certificate are an individual’s name, date of birth, date and batch number of the vaccination, country, and administering agency.  As one can see this is a far more reaching agenda than just documentation to travel. And it isn\u2019t private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Architecture implications for issuing and verifying DDCC:VS can be either centralized or decentralized.  For decentralized all of this information will require all DDCC:VS content is stored in a central repository.  It will also require a “national public key infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key Directory (PKD) deployment.”  “Each verifier needs a QR code reader which can access and download the public keys (e.g., from a global PKD<\/strong>) of every QR code issuer.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One way or another this is intended for a global tracking system that will be expanded to include all information on every individual, a “digital identity<\/a>“, and not one activity<\/a> will be allowed without tracking every human.  The U.S. Congress is on top of fulfilling its responsibility with this endeavor with H.R.4258<\/a> – Improving Digital Identity Act of 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
