In addition, he will serve as a member of the Water, Oceans, and Wildlife Subcommittee.<\/p>\n<p>Congressman Fulcher released the following statement on his new position as the Subcommittee Ranking Member:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is an honor to serve as Ranking Member of the National Parks, Forests, and Public Lands Subcommittee, particularly with the strong impact of this committee on my home state of Idaho.
