The hate and rage that is being demonstrated today by those on the political left and in the mainstream media against Donald Trump and Elon Musk has reached new ends over the past two weeks. Hate and rage are emotions. They are never ever grounded in logic or reason. The reason for the rage and hatred is that the power that the political left has held for over 60 years, is slipping away. They have come to feel entitled to that power. Their power isn’t wielded in legislative halls or in the courts, but rather in the back rooms were bureaucrats hide and scheme. Where they create faux emergencies like Y-2K and Covid, and Trump Collusion. Just as importantly the mechanisms by which that power came to be, has been exposed. As Saul Alinsky described in his Eight STEPS TO SOCIALISM: Divide and conquer. Male vs female. Black vs white. Citizen vs immigrant. Rich vs poor. Rural vs urban. Divide and conquer. Only the government man can save you.
Remember what Barack Obama said to JOE THE PLUMBER about his business—”You didn’t build that”? Chucky Schumer repeated those words today as he was pandering on THE VIEW to Joey, Whoopie, and Sunny Hoston:
For one thing he doesn’t understand the simple Biblical truth which is that none of us own anything. We hold everything we possess in trust. The talents, the opportunities and the forks in the road and the choices we make in building a business, or a family or a professional career are for the believer guided by Divine Providence. We hold in trust not only for ourselves, but for a better future for our children and grandchildren.
I am intrigued by the pundits in the media and the critics in congress and on the street who are coveting the success of both Donald Trump and Elon Musk. To Covet means to have a strong desire to have what belongs to another. What progressive liberals covet the most is money and power. What Elon Musk and DJT have that they will never be able to understand can only be found in their hearts and minds. I heard Micheal Steele actually belittle Elon Musk’s accomplishments. How many people has Michael Steele employed? How many discoveries and innovations has he designed? How many properties has he developed and made more valuable for generations to come?
Elon Musk owns several companies, including Tesla (electric vehicles), SpaceX (space exploration), X Corp (formerly Twitter), The Boring Company (tunneling), Neuralink (brain-machine interfaces), and xAI (artificial intelligence). These companies span various industries, from automotive to aerospace and technology. They employ thousands of people and make the world better for billions more.
Both Elon and Donald Trump have probably failed more times in their lives than most people have succeeded in theirs. What has AOC built or created ? What has Chucky Schumer or Nancy P created? Remember when Nancy said to Wolfe Blitzer “We feed them” She actually believes that by voting for a Bill like Medicaid where she transfers the fruits of other’s labor—like the millions of Joes the Plummers”, that she is participating in an act of charity. The charity comes from the person paying the tax and she is simply the conduit for a transfer of wealth. If the private sector wasn’t creating wealth, there would be no taxes for politicians to give away. Both Elon and DJT came to serve in government after they both have created great businesses, and created great wealth, and paid millions in taxes. They made their money before they came into government. Most politicians make their money while they are “serving” in government.
When we watched the Space-X capsule being recovered from The Gulf of America we all should have been proud. We should be proud of the people who are the dreamers and the creators, the operators and the doers. They are the ones that make our world better and our country great. Those that criticize accomplishment are either jealous, hateful or they covet what they don’t have.
My final answer to those who are not acknowledging the great accomplishments of Elon and DJT can be found in the Great Teddy Roosevelt poem THE MAN IN THE ARENA:
