The staff of the Gem State Patriot would like to wish all of our readers a Happy Independence Day and thank you all for your patronage. We are living in difficult times as our country appears to be under siege by the very politicians who we have elected to office. There are wide divisions between Americans and many of our politicians and bureaucracies have been corrupted and are trying to drive us further apart. America was founded as a country “of the People by the People and for the People”.
We were designed to be “One nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all”. America was not formed to benefit the corrupt elite corporatists and political cronies who are trying their hardest to take our country down. This is America’s 246th birthday since the signing of the Declaration of Independence and I firmly believe the Great Reset will not happen and the true believers and patriots of this great country will win in the end.
While we live in a dark world and have seen how the evil forces have been hard at work legislating God out of our lives in every way they can from our schools to our places of work. Our forefathers were religious men who followed the biblical intentions of the Bible. I believe that God is still shining a light in the darkness and that we will work our way through these trials and tribulations that now face us. I ask you all to say a prayer this day and ask God to save our great country from those who are trying to destroy it.
We have seen in the last weeks some light at the end of the tunnel with the decisions by our Supreme Court that have given us hope that we can turn our country around. We saw the reversal of Roe v Wade, a football coach can now pray at the end of a football game on the field and of course, and the earth-shaking repeal of onerous climate change rules imposed by the EPA on power plants. There are some good things happening and we all need to keep fighting for our God-given rights. I do believe prayer is the answer and remind you all of the bible verse Romans 8:31 “If God is for us who can be against us.”
