Hey there Supporters,
For those of you who have been defending my vote the last few days on social media and have sent private emails and text messages in support of my vote on HB222, thank you. For those of you who might be unaware, a hit piece flyer was mailed to conservative voters in District 6 and 7 regarding Sen Dan Foreman’s vote and my own on HB222 last legislative session.
Here is the link to HB222 and who voted for and against it during the 2023 session. https://legislature.idaho.gov/sessioninfo/2023/legislation/H0222/
Since passage of this bill the Idaho taxpayer burden has increased $1,000,000 by providing University of Idaho additional money for the “security incident”. Please note there was no support from the Idaho Freedom Caucus on this bill but other Idaho “Republicans” had no problem giving U of I your money. Just let that sink in for a moment.
There is no doubt that the murders of the four University of Idaho students was a tragedy on many levels. My heart continues to go out to all the families affected by this tragedy. However, I ran on less government spending in Idaho and in my opinion, there was no justification for spending this taxpayer money. Maybe we should have considered providing the City of Moscow money to help with added costs for the murders in Moscow, but not the U of I.
In May, the U of I found money to purchase the online education platform University of Phoenix for $685,000,000! Let me repeat that – – the U of I has the resources to indiscriminately spend $685 million to add this online program to their platform. Fast forward to November. The Conservative Accountability Project (aka Brad Little and Friends) sent hate mail to District 6 and 7 conservatives who most likely voted for Senator Foreman and myself because we did not support giving the U of I a $1,000,000 bill for this one-off expense! Let me get this straight. Senator Foreman and myself must not be falling in line with the “establishment” so they spend money with a supposedly “conservative” organization to smear both of us. Our votes have reflected true conservative values. Per their platform, we should fall in line with the ideals of The Conservative Accountability Project. But apparently, we do not. Does the governor wish for us to be gone? Why? Is it because we have been representing, YOU THE PEOPLE? These attacks are the work of low-life political hacks that have no regard for honest debate and will invent lies to promote their agendas. I know you know what to do when you see this trash.
The question really needs to be asked, WHO IS IN CHARGE IN IDAHO? Will the Idaho taxpayers now be expected to pay $685 million for U of I’s decision to purchase the University of Phoenix if their venture is unsuccessful? This purchase was made without the Idaho legislature’s knowledge, input or vote!
These are crazy times but we do not need to add to the craziness. I’m here to stand and fight for God’s Values and true conservative values! I will continue to do what I can to limit government spending and expansion for as long as I am able.
I hope those who care about our country and state are ready for this fight. Thank you for those in this fight with us! We must have a united front or we will not win. What is next?
Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing: A supporter let me know today that there are people door knocking in the rural communities of Adams County trying to convince them to sign the petition for Open Primaries. Remember to do your research on this very important topic before you even think about signing this petition. Your signature on the Petition for Open Primaries aka Ranked Choice Voting could very well remove your ability to elect conservative legislators. It is a ploy of the Democrat Party to gain control in Idaho. Research what happened in the last election in Alaska. In 6 years, Idaho could very well become a blue state if it were to pass and become law after the November elections in 2024.

Fellow Idahoans, we all need to wake up & smell the coffee! The enemy is real. The enemy has an agenda. And they do not care about our values. They intend to have their way. They want the opposite of what we hold dear and they are determined to eliminate our influence in our culture. That is just not acceptable to me! If we expect to save Idaho from destructive legislation and policies we need everyone to engage. The legislature cannot do it alone. All Idahoans need to fight to protect OUR KIDS and OUR FREEDOMS. There is no neutral ground.

Watch out, Daddy Winder might read this blog, crap himself, and fire off a letter!
Government defined: Govern equals control, mente equals mind. Government is mind control!
Government itself is the enemy. Stop supporting it. Stop funding the Synagogue of Satan.
Read and understand Title 26 US Code Internal Revenue. Proof positive that they are not government is found within that code when understood. Criminals cannot represent government! It is war by deception!
ALL OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC’S TAXES ARE UNBIBLICAL
Just think: Had the constitutional framers (like their early 1600 predecessors) established government and society upon the Bible’ immutable/unchanging moral law (including its economic and taxing statutes), there would be no graduated income tax, no property tax, no sales tax, nor any of the other sundry unbiblical taxes.
There would, furthermore, be no Federal Reserve, nor its mistress today’s usurious fiat banking system, nor its enforcement arm the Internal Revenue Service.
For more on how the Bible’s integral triune moral law (the Ten Commandments and their respective statutes and judgments) applies and should be implemented today as the law of the land, see free online book “Law and Kingdom: Their Relevance Under the New Covenant” at http://www.bibleversusconstitution.org/law-kingdomFrame.html
