Who is to be held responsible for the riots in Los Angeles? While we don’t yet have the complete answer, investigations are underway to find out who organized and bankrolled these demonstrations. It is estimated that there are more than 200 NGO’s and private parties that have contributed to the organization of this nationwide “No Kings Day” protest. Who would have ever thought that we would see this type of protest against deporting illegal aliens in our country?
What I find most interesting is that the same people who are protesting the deportation of illegals are the ones who will complain when they can’t find jobs because the illegals are taking them at lower salaries, or when they have to wait hours to see a doctor in an emergency room filled with illegals. We are a nation of laws, and I can’t understand why the left always talks about no one being above the law, yet they protect the millions who have violated the law by entering our country illegally.
America is a country of immigrants, a melting pot for the world, which is what makes it so great. For 249 years, we have continued to add new immigrants to our population, and most are very grateful for being here, but trying to assimilate 10 or 20 million illegal immigrants makes for an insurmountable problem.
I’m so tired of this holier-than-thou attitude that the left has, and if we allow all of these illegals to stay, it would devastate our social services, as we do not have the capability to handle such a huge number. We have already seen the strain it has put on the sanctuary cities and states in terms of the costs just to provide basic services. It is not only the number of immigrants but the fact that there are so many who have criminal backgrounds that are causing insurmountable problems for our law enforcement.
Just thinking about the child trafficking that has taken place since our borders were opened by Joe Biden sends a chill up my spine. ICE has been unable to track nearly 300,000 immigrant children, and DHS has published a 14-page report showing that more than 32,000 unaccompanied children did not show for their immigration hearings between 2019 and 2023. These children have been lost in the shuffle, and lord knows what has happened to them, as we know that the cartels are big traffickers of children.
The words inscribed on a bronze plaque on the Statue of Liberty say, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free”. Certainly, America has lived up to what that plaque says, but to take in 10 or 20 million in such a short time is not even possible without some serious dislocations in our society. Just the strain of finding housing and having our schools accept children who all speak multiple foreign languages, on top of dealing with the necessary medical care, is not feasible. I have said before and will say it again, it will be impossible to send all of these immigrants back to where they came from, but we must at least try and incentivize them to return to their homeland.
We have a president who I believe is very compassionate about the people he serves and he is doing what he believes is the right thing by first getting the criminal element out of our country and offering all others a free plane ticket home and $1,000 when they arrive at their destination plus an opportunity to become American citizens in the future. While this appears to be a reasonably generous offer it is no match for the goodies handed out for free by the sanctuary cities and states, which include food, shelter, medical care, and even cash and cell phones. Until the leftists stop the giveaways, it is going to be a very arduous job to deport all 10-plus million illegals.
President Trump is trying hard to reverse all of the problems that he was left by the Biden administration, while doing continuous battle with the federal judiciary who keep holding up his executive orders. I doubt there will be any cooperation from the left anytime soon as they have become the party of “NO” and are nothing but a roadblock to making America Great again.
All I can say to those who want to keep all the illegals here is: Open up your homes to them. Feed them, pay for their medical bills, send their children to the same schools your children attend, put them on your cell phone bills, and give them walking-around money and maybe even buy them a car.
I doubt that any of them will take that offer except those who need a cleaning lady, a nanny, a cook, or a chauffeur, and then I doubt they would move them into their own homes. The left is good at spending other people’s money, but if they have to put their own bucks on the line or change their living conditions to accommodate illegals, I assure you they will soon be clamoring to send them back to their countries of origin.
These rallies on Saturday were organized and planned using money from many NGO’s. The riots in Los Angeles were abominable as they were preplanned and sponsored by leftist organizations, even to the point of paying disruptors to throw rocks and burn police cars. We even saw dozens of protesters carrying around Mexican flags while burning the American flag. This gave me pause to wonder if these illegals want to live in California or take it back as part of Mexico. If this is the way the left intends to solve an immigration problem by trying to shut down ICE, they found out last week that their antics will not be tolerated.
The Trump administration will preserve law and order even if it means calling out our troops. We need to take our cities back from these woke insurrectionists and restore order. It is time for some common sense in our country, but we are so divided, I seriously doubt any will be forthcoming in the immediate future. So, I will pray for wisdom for our leaders that they will see the light and end all of this turmoil that has engulfed our country, because if it doesn’t end soon, we may no longer have a country.

The American citizens want the names of these people and NGO’s
YES, we do! These people are using taxpayer dollars to subvert the will of the people of the U.S.
