While we had many victories in 2025, there was one topic that, despite overwhelming support for, went unaddressed by our Legislature: Stopping illegal immigration.
Now, riots are breaking out across major cities. Illegals and their enablers are waving foreign flags, looting, and committing acts of violence against law enforcement and politicians.
We must put an end to this if we don’t want to see this far-left violence come to Idaho.

Many great bills were put forth by our conservative lawmakers but were not heard by the political establishment. It’s time to deliver on protecting our borders and putting Idaho first. This includes:
- Criminalizing illegal entry at the state level, allowing for immigration laws to be enforced even when the federal government is unable to act.
- Empowering our local law enforcement, giving them the resources to collaborate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to carry out deportations.
- Securing our elections, requiring the Secretary of State to verify the citizenship of all registered voters in Idaho.
- Punishing their enablers, penalizing organizations that facilitate the presence of illegals in Idaho.
- Preventing abuse of public education, demanding that every public school within the state of Idaho record and report the immigration status of its students.
