Why is it that the Democrats are fighting against Trump’s cleaning up crime in the most dangerous cities? The answer is simple: resist anything that Trump wants to do at any cost. The leftist media says that crime is most prevalent in Red states, but what they fail to tell you is that most of the crime is perpetrated in the Blue cities where there are democratic mayors. The reality is that for the past four years under Joe Biden’s administration, crime had continued to climb to levels where it is not safe to walk the streets of many Blue cities, day or night. We know that too many cities underreport criminal activity, as it is not conducive to attracting new businesses or people to their communities. Americans are sick and tired of police arresting criminals and watching them walk out of jail even before there is a hearing for their crimes.
There are 54 National Guard units in the states plus the District of Columbia, Guam, U.S. Virgin Is. and Puerto Rico that can be activated by the states or the federal government in times of emergency or war. While there was not a National Guard when the Civil War started, it was Lincoln who activated state militias to fight the Confederacy. “ According to the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the power to “[call] forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.” And through the Militia Acts of 1792, Congress authorized the president to federalize state militias in order to stop insurrections and enforce federal law.”
President Washington was the first to exercise this authority to put down the Whiskey Rebellion in Pennsylvania. It was President Eisenhower who deployed army troops to take charge of 10,000 National Guard troops who escorted the Little Rock 9 safely to class in September 1957. President Johnson federalized the Guard in Selma, Alabama, in 1965 during the Martin Luther King march. Johnson also sent the Guard to Detroit in 1967 during the riots. It was 1968 when Johnson activated the National Guard for a third time to quell the riots after Martin Luther King’s assassination. President Carter activated the Reserve Coast Guard during the Cuban crisis, and of course, there were the Rodney King riots in L.A. in 1992 when President Bush invoked the Insurrection Act to federalize 6,000 California National Guard troops.
So enough for the history lesson, as it was just to make you realize that what Trump is thinking of doing is not so far out there as the democrats say. He feels that there is a serious enough problem with crime in many of our major cities that it may necessitate the use of the Guard in some of them where crime is rampant and underreported. I will tell you from my personal experience that after living and working for 37 years in New York City, there were only two mayors who controlled crime, Giuliani and Bloomberg; all of the rest were totally worthless. What amazes me is that these politicians who were elected to protect their citizens from the criminals are the very ones who are permitting the criminals to run rampant. When you look at the cities that are most crime-ridden, regardless of which news service you use, the same ones keep popping up, and they are all run by Democratic Mayors. Yes, many are in Red states, but the most pervasive crime is in the big Dem cities, where jail is a revolving door and youthful offenders are the ones most often involved in these violent and nonviolent crimes. In many cases, we find that youthful offenders make up as much as 50% of the criminal activity in many places.
For years, I have been saying that much of the influence on our children can be blamed on the social media that has taken over the free time of our kids. Do not think for a minute that places like Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok are not having a significant impact on how our children think and act and who knows what will happen when “AI” becomes an everyday part of their lives. AI has the potential to pose serious challenges and a wide range of risks for children who are still developing cognitively, emotionally, and socially. Parents, educators, and policymakers must understand these wide-ranging risks and be ready to protect the well-being of our youth.
With the latest events that took place at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, we have now all been shocked by the fact that AI may have contributed to this horrible act. There is a question is being raised in a recent wrongful death lawsuit by the parents for the death of their son, Adam Raine, alleging the company chose to ‘cut short’ proper testing of ChatGPT. What do we really know as parents when it comes to our children communicating with an AI program on their computer? I fear that too many of our kids will be venturing into these AI programs, not really knowing that they could be extremely dangerous. Just like many of us were fooled about the social media companies when they were telling us lies about how effective the Covid Vaccine was and only now we are finding out how many recipients have been harmed by this vaccine and how ineffective it is.
While President Trump wants America to be first in AI, he needs to be cautious just how it is going to be used and set up parameters so that we do not have our children asking some computer questions that only their parents should be answering. I believe that we all want to see America First but we also do not want to rush into something that will be harmful for our children in the future. Who is to say that AI could not convince a child that they should engage in criminal activities? I my opinion Trust But Verify will be the three most important words used when it comes to allowing our children to engage with AI chatbots. It will be interesting to see if in the future, AI will play a role in how crime is addressed and assessed or becomes responsible for the expansion of crim,e especially with our young people. Will AI be responsible for creating the criminals of the future, or will we as a nation be smart enough to reel it in before it becomes too powerful to control?

Yes, we need armed adults at our schools. Locked doors are not enough to stop an intruder with a gun.
I’m old enough to remember a big bald headed guy in Italy that began by using Federal troops to enforce civil law. He is now called the Father of Fascism. Folks better be aware that it is not only Democrats but some of us lifelong Republicans that are getting a little nervous b\about maybe having elected a ruler instead of a leader. Trump Worship Syndrome is just as dangerous as Trump Derangement Syndrome.
President Trump is a godsend. He is keeping all his promises and cleaning up the cities. He rarely sleeps and he loves this country. He will right every wrong he is able to if at all possible.. Pray for him.
