Most Americans do not know the history of Iran’s nuclear program which started in 1957 with the signing of Atoms for Peace, with initial support from the United States. While the program expanded in the 1970s, it was paused after the 1979 Iranian Revolution. As the new regime gained power it became clear that they were going to take over the Atoms for Peace program however it would no longer be for peace but for the eventual threat to annihilate Isreal with a nuclear weapon.
For over a decade the world has lived under the threat of Iran becoming a “Nuclear” power and none I repeat none of our leaders were equipped to challenge this dangerous potential that loomed over us except for President Trump. Since 2011 Trump has been calling for an end to Iran’s foray into the world of nuclear expansion as he realized that they did not want to use their nuclear capabilities for peaceful purposes but to enrich uranium to make nuclear bombs. Depending on who you listen to Iran had enough enriched uranium on hand to make nine or ten nuclear warheads that could be placed on ICBM’S and launched at Isreal and the U.S.
It was Obama who opened the door for Iran to continue its foray into nuclear power under the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.” This was an agreement made in 2015 to limit Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. It was signed by China, Germany, France, Russia, the U.S. and the U.K. to ensure that Iran’s development of nuclear power was for peaceful purposes. I always think of Obama as our Bowing President as he went around the world on his apology tour denigrating our country and its awesome power with every word that came out of his mouth. It was Obama who did not invoke the words Non-Negotiable in the details of enforcement and sanctions should Iran stray into the development of weapons grade uranium. Instead, this agreement set the stage for removal of economic sanctions against Iran which released in excess of $150 billion some of which flowed to radical groups around the world.
This 10-year agreement that Obama approved gave the radical Iranian regime all the room they needed to push forward their uranium enrichment program in their quest to become a nuclear power in the Mideast. It is Obama who was responsible for giving the radical Iranians the necessary funds to finance the spread of aggression and terror throughout the middle east. This deal was a world class error on his part which should tell us what a terrible negotiator he was. Lets face it Iran never intended to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes it had all of the oil necessary to supply its power needs and they certainly could afford to purchase any medical isotopes needed from other nations. Let’s face it folks it was President Obama who created the current problems that Trump is dealing with and a large part of the reason America lost much of its stature as the world’s leader.
It was in 2018 that President Trump reinstated sanctions on Iran in an effort to deny funds to a regime which bankrolled terrorist groups, fomented global instability, funded nuclear and ballistic missile programs, and enriched its leaders. Iran was essentially bankrupt at the end of Trumps 4 years as President and had he won the 2020 rigged election we would not be in the position we currently are having to destroy Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities. It was the left who were responsible for giving Iran the funds necessary to enrich enough uranium to build nuclar bombs. It was Biden and his administration that are responsible for the current actions that Trump is being forced to take to ensure that Iran does not become a nuclear power.
We should all be grateful for a President who is not afraid to strike at the heart of these evil Iranian leaders whose battle cry is Death to America and would have assuredly nuked anyone who opposed them. The actions that Isreal and America have taken against Iran have all been geared and directed at its military leaders and installations and not at civilians. We cannot say the same for Iran as they have taken to striking at the many populated centers in Isreal and but for the Iron Dome Isreal would be sustaining thousands of casualties.
If you can’t see the difference between the Biden and Trump administration you should be officially declared mentally incompetent just a Joe was for his four years in office. As I sit in my office and listen to the liberal media tell the people of their world that we are at war with Iran I have to wonder where they have been for the last 10 years as first Obama and then Biden handed Iran everything they needed to manufacturer nuclear weapons. If it were not for Donald Trump and his actions of the past several weeks supporting Isreal and ordering the bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities it could have well been the U.S. sounding Air Raid serins over our major cities.
Trump gave the Iranian government every opportunity to come to the table and negotiate faithfully but Iran’s leaders did nothing but play along to buy the time they needed to prepare a nuclear weapon for deployment. Anyone one who could not see this is as blind as a bat and those protesting that he needed congressional approval to strike Iran are idiots. The President was protecting our men and women who are on duty in the middle east and easy targets for Iran. Anyone in our congress or senate who are protesting the president’s actions on Iran’s nuclear facilities should be primaried and replaced with a candidate with some common sense. There is an old saying “Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me”. Fortunately, we no longer have a fool like Joe Biden for a President. We have a true patriot in President Trump who understands we live in a dangerous world and he is willing to do whatever is necessary to protect our country.
